Cars, Stray Hair Bows, and Binkies

I know I don't often post on here, but this time I wanted to:) The other day, while at the store, I was looking through my purse and found a small match box car, a stray hair bow, and a binky:) It made me stop and think for a moment. I am so thankful for the children that the Lord has given me! At times I need a break and they seem to drive me a little crazy:) I love them with everything within me. I would say if anyone can spend all day, everyday with a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a 1 year old and not need a break here and there is amazing! LOL My children are truly my pride and joy! They bring such happiness everyday! They remind me to look at the little things, enjoy the little things, and rediscover the world from the view of a little One! I am continually amazed that God has allowed me to be a Mommy to 3 precious souls, and I look forward to seeing how our little children will grow and become the Men and Lady God has for them to be. I pray that they will always know how much I love them, and how much more the Lord loves them. I pray that they will grow to love the Lord with all of their hearts. And that one day they will be able to look down and see a car, a stray bow, or a binky of their child and know exactly how I feel for them!

A Confession

I must confess, I only keep my blog so I can read everyones blog:) I love being able to get on here and read what is going on in everyone else lives. You all lead such interesting lives and I find joy in reading what is happening over in your neck of the woods. I love to read the great ideas you have for homeschooling, menus, and life in general. Life in our family is very busy with babies, toddlers, and deputation, I just am unable to get on here as much as I would like. So I thank you for letting me into your lives through your blog!

A Thanksgiving Poem

Twas the night of Thanksgiving,
But I couldn't sleep.
I tried counting backwards,
I tried counting sheep.

The leftovers beckoned
The dark meat and white,
But I fought the temptation
With all of my might.

Tossing and turning with anticipation,
The thought of a snack became infatuation.
So, I raced to the kitchen, flung open the door,
And gazed at the fridge, full of goodies galore.
I gobbled up turkey, and buttered potatoes,
Pickles and carrots, and beans and tomatoes.

I felt myself swelling so plump and so round,
'Til all of a sudden, I rose off the ground.
I crashed through the ceiling, floating into the sky,
With a mouthful of pudding and a handful of pie.
But, I managed to yell as I soared past the trees...
Happy eating to all~ pass the cranberries, Please.

May your stuffing be tasty,
May your turkey be plump.
May your potatoes 'n gravy have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious.
May your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off of your thighs!!!

Purple Roses

Yesterday my WONDERFUL husband bought me these beautiful purple roses. The purple roses were the center of decorations for our wedding. I love these roses and they are very hard to find. Most of the time they are not in stores and if you go to a florist you have to order them to get them in.
Well Hubby went to the store to pick some things up for me and bought these beautiful roses just because he saw them:) Thank you so much for roses My Love, I love them and you so much!!!!

Summer Update

Where to begin? So much has happened this summer it is hard to start.
Well let me start by saying that we were so blessed and happy to find out that in the beginning of November we will be welcoming Baby #3 into our family. We are so excited to be having another little boy! Now Little Guy will have someone to wrestle with in a few years and can let his sister be a girly girl:)
The next thing is that we have safely moved all of our belongings into a beautiful place where we can call home while we are on deputation. speaking of deputation, it has been slow but good. God has blessed in many ways and He always meets our every need and many of our desires! so far we have been to many churches in MI, NY, MA, NJ, IN, and KY this summer. We have gone with the desire to be a blessing to the people there and in turn have been blessed by them!!! We are also blessed that in going to all those churches people are seeing the need for Gospel preaching churches in the western side of Canada. God is so good and I could never even begin to tell you all he has done for us!
The last thing is we are getting ready to head home to get ready to welcome the baby into our family.
Since deputation requires that my husband use the computer to make calls to Pastors during the day, it is not often that I am able to get on here to write anything. I usually get on long enough to read what everyone else is doing with their families. But I will try in the next few days to post pictures of our summer adventures for all to see:) Till then I must go!

Cheese Ball Thoughts

Today I was making a cheese ball for the family gathering tomorrow while my babies played at my feet. That is when the thought came to me. I am so blessed to have two Beautiful, Healthy children (with one on the way:) that have the ability to play at my feet.
For some babies don't have the physical capability to play on the floor, or anywhere for that matter. And then some don't have Mommy's to play at the feet of. Then there are also some who would love to be a mommy and have children under foot but do not have the ability to have babies of there own.
That was when I realized yet again how truly blessed I am to have the family that I have. I have a wonderful husband who is a constant source of strength and stability for me. I also have two children who have no physical problems. I am also blessed to be expecting baby number 3 for our family. God has blessed me more then He ever should have. Not only has he given me a home in Heaven, but he has given me a little glimpse of heaven every time I look into my babies eyes.
So that is my cheese ball thought:) I am truly blessed!!!!

Disney World trip

Last month my Hubby and I did a "Give a Day, Get a Day" For Disney and was able to go to Disney for free. Then because we are Fl residents we were able to buy 3 more day for a total of $42 for both of us. And since both of the children are under 3 they were free:) Little Guy had a great time seeing Mickie:)

My newest Creations

My wonderful Hubby took some of our tax money and bought me a new sewing/embroidering machine! Here are some of the things I have made for some friends that are having babies.

I also made a large receiving blanket. Someone made some for me when I was having my son, and now I try to make some for others. This time I was able to put the baby's name on it:)

And isn't the stitching darling? I love it!!! My old machine only did simple sewing so I am having a ball going to town making everything I can think of:)

On The Road Again

Spending the AM in the ER

This morning I had to take our Princess to the ER:) She had been throwing up since Wednesday and did not look good. All day yesterday I gave her Gatorade and nursed her, but she was still not doing good. While we were there they took some blood and determined that she has a stomach flue and was dehydrated. They gave her an IV and she was not very happy about it:(
Her only comfort was her cup on Gatorade.

When that was done, she went to exploring what they had put on her hand and arm:)

As sad as it is, she looks so cute in a baby hospital gown! We are home now and she seems to be doing much better, Praise the Lord!!!!

Watching the Manatees

A couple of weeks ago we took the kids to see the manatees. There is a place near Tampa where the manatees come in when it is cold, because the water there is always warm. It was really cold that day and there was around 100 manatees along with some stingrays and small sharks.

This is the nose of a manatee peeking out of the water:)

It was so neat to see the manatees "in the wild" and I think my Hubby and I had more fun then the kids:)

A Memory Quilt

About a month ago I was hired to make a Memory Quilt for a lady. It was my first one and I thoroughly enjoyed doing it. It was not as much work as I thought it would be, but I also had some help for my Mom. She does not sew at all but she helped me with laying the squares out, which was a BIG help. Here is a picture of the woman's clothes. Her sister hired me to do make it. The lady had died of cancer this summer, so this was very special!!
Here is the finished quilt. Every square was cut from her clothes.

Her favorite colors were tan and Kelly green, so I made the backing tan and I used green bias tape and thread for the ties and trim.

Since the woman I was making it for was giving it to her Mother for Christmas I also made her a small wall hanging for her to keep. The buttons also came from one of her shirts.

I really enjoyed making this and look forward to making another one.

A Rose and Two Cuties

I had a beautiful rose and two beautiful children so I decided to try and take some pictures of them. Little Princess was more interested in playing with it then posing, but Little Guy was really cute about it:)

She tried to eat it a few times and was very disappointed that I would not let her:)

I think this one is my favorite. I just with he had on a cute outfit and not just play clothes, but his face is priceless!!!!!

The Grand Debut

Little Guy had his grand debut this year at out church Christmas party:) He was so cute!!!

At the end of the show Pastor had everyone in the program go back on stage. He said Little Guy and the other little 2 year old stole the show:) I completely agree!!!

Simplifying Christmas Day 8~ Homemade Gift Ideas

Well usually I don't do homemade gifts only because of time. Before we had children I was a teacher at the local Christian school, which kept me really busy:) I loved my job, but boy even during Christmas break I had work to do. All that to say, I never really made gifts for anyone for Christmas. This year, however, things are different:) I am so excited about the gifts I am making for my nieces and nephews, and I am sure you are tired of hearing about them:)

I also love to get homemade gifts:) I think about all the time and energy that the person put into the gift. After Christmas I will have to put up pictures for you, but till then I will have to keep you on the edge:) (Insert evil giggle:)

Simplifying Christmas Day 7~Simple Gift Ideas

Sorry this is past the date, but today was super busy:)
Every year for Christmas I try to get things that are cheap in price, but not in quality:) This year I was able to get almost all of my children's gifts for yard sales. I was so excited when I was able to save some money and still get what I wanted for them:)
I also get them some clothes. I try to only get an outfit or two and I also try to get them something with a character that they like.
For my extended family I usually try to get something little for everyone, but that is not the case this year:) This year I am making something for all my nieces and nephews and giving a family picture to their parents. I am making them all the same thing, and while I am making it I spend the time thinking and praying for each child. I think this gift is more from the heart then ones I buy:) I will have to reveal what they are after Christmas:) Some of their Mommy's are reading this:)

Simplifying Christmas Day 6~ Share Some Simple Family Traditions

As far as family traditions goes we don't really have very many:( We are a fairly new family (only 4 years) and really have not had time to make any.
One thing that we do is we ALWAYS spend Christmas with our family!!! I love being with family, and since in only a few years we will be in Canada, no where near any family, I try to get as much family time in now as we can. I know we are doing what the Lord will have us to do by going to Canada, but when we get there it will be a hard adjustment.
Another thing I try to do every year is make cookies. There is a certain cookie that my Father-in-Law makes that my Husband just loves, I try to make them for him. Although this year both my cookie presses are packed and up north, so sadly I think I will be making them:(
I think that is it. I know, it is kinda sad that we don't have more. With our life right now (deputation) we are not really able to have family traditions. But I do love the ones that we have:)

I love Christmas decorations:) So far we have been married for 4 years and for the first two years we had our tree decorated with music stuff. Then we had a baby and all the decorations changed. It is now full of kid stuff and so much more fun:)

Simplifying Christmas Day 4~ Share a Favorite Christmas Memory

I have a couple of favorite memories about Christmas. The first one is that every Christmas Eve we would all stay up till midnight and open one gift. We also opened the gift from youngest to oldest, so I always went first:) As a child I thought that was great since I was the baby of the family:)

My other Christmas memory was after we had opened all of our presents at home we would go over to my Grandparents house. Nana (Grandma:) and Popop (Grandpa:) always had something special for us and I loved being with them. I praise the Lord that I was able to have a great relationship with my Grandparents, and I am looking forward to being with them in Heaven one day!!!

Now that I am older I try very hard to make sure my children have a relationship with their Grandparents and they are even blessed to have Great Grandparents form my husbands family.

All of the to say my Favorite thing about Christmas is that we get to spend time with family:)

Simplifying Christmas Day 3~ Keeping Shopping Simple

Shopping, did someone say shopping? I LOVE to shop (With a purpose). I love to shop if I have something I am looking for and the money to buy it:) I do not like to just look around with nothing in mind to buy, however.

I always start Christmas shopping right away, and do it all year long. I look for certain things and then look for the best price. This year most of the things we are giving to our children came from yardsales and thrift stores, and most of them are brand new, still in the package:)

As for Black Friday I do sometimes go. I go if we are at my parents house. Black Friday is my Mom's favorite day to shop! She says she gets a thrill out of getting a great deal and the excitement of it all. I don't feel that way about it, but I do go to get to spend some time with my Mom. This year we were not with them and I did not go.

Simplifying Christmas Day 2~ Christmas Cards

Christmas cards are usually a thorn in my flesh. It is so hard for me to get them all filled out, addressed and in the mail. I try to get a picture in the cad so everyone can see how our family is growing but, that doesn't always happen. So I weeded threw everything and came up with a couple of ideas that work for me:)

1. The first idea was to save money by buying the cards after Christmas for the following year. I put the boxes of cards in with my Christmas decorations so I wont lose them and they are not in the way. The next year when I get out all of our decorations I have Christmas cards. And they didn't cost me a lot of money:) I do the same with the wrapping paper!!!

2. Next I narrowed the list down. This helped a ton:)

3. Then I hand deliver all that can. At church they even put out a table so everyone can leave their cards out and you don't have to spend the money to mail them.

4. Lastly I get a friend to take the picture and then get copys from Walmart.

I also set aside a day and just get them all done while the children are napping. Thankfully both of them nap for a couple of hours so I can get a lot done:)

Simplifying Christmas Day 1~ Simplifying Budget and Gift List

Every year for Christmas I work really hard at getting something for EVERYONE. That has gotten to be really expensive!!!! So this year I have decided not to do that, although that totally goes against how I was raised!
I am making something for all my nieces and nephews, but their parents are only getting a family photo. For our children I was able to get most if there gifts from yardsales and used stores. Most of what I was able to find was new things still in the package.
I really didn't have a budget per say, just everything cheep:) I was able to spend less then $50 for both of my children. I also try to look for Chritmas presents all year long. That way I can get things at the best price, not when it is marked up for the Christmas rush. And that is how I am simplifying Christmas:)

Fall Festival

Mother Daughter Banquet

Two weeks ago Little Princess and I went to our first Mother Daughter Banquet. For the occasion I made matching outfits for us. A dress for Little Princess and a skirt for myself.

Meeting a New Puppy

While up north at Grandma's house Daddy's cousin came over and showed us her new puppy!!!! The puppy was only a few weeks old and sooooo cute!!!It didn't take long for Little Guy to fall in love with the little fellow:)

Our Little Princess

In the EARLY morning hours (3:44am) of Saturday our Little Princess was born. We both are doing great and we are now home from the hospital.
I love when the babies are all bundled like this, they look like little glow worms:Here is a picture of Little Guy meeting his little sister for the first time:) He is really great with her and showers her with kisses!!!!

Thank you to all that prayed for us!!! We are so blessed to have two beautiful children from the Lord!!!

Getting Mail

Little Guy loves to get mail, as we all do:) He has a Great Aunt that sends a box of stuff for him or his sister on a regular basis. Here are some pictures of Little Guy and Daddy opening that box!!!

In the box was a special treat just for him. As soon as he saw the treat he did not care about anything else that was in the box:)

Although the box contained a number of nice church shirts, a jacket, some tee shirts, and a dress for the new baby, all he cared about was his bags of treats:) What a little boy always thinking of food:)

A Baby Shower

This past weekend my Mom and Sister-In-Law gave me a baby shower!!!! It was so much fun:) We played some baby games...

and did some scrap booking:) This is my favorite part of the whole shower:) Everyone get together and makes pages for me to use when the baby comes. They did this for me at my sons shower and it made it so much easier when putting together his scrapbook! It is also fun to look back and read the notes they leave on the back of the pages!

The there was the opening of gift:) I received many beautiful things!!!
They were all so girly, everyone knows I am a true Girly Girl:)

Then on Sunday we received a BIG box filled with gifts the church had collected for us!

This is a blanket that one of the Ladies made for me:)

And again I recieved lots of frilly, girly things:) I loved them all!!!!!
Thank you Mom and Sis for all your hard work in giving me such a wonderful baby shower!!!!

Show and Tell~Ready For Baby!!!

The other week my parents came over to our apartment to help me get ready for our new baby:) As you can see we are having a Little Princess!!!! This is so exciting since on my side of the family everyone has had boys so far:) But you can tell from the pictures that we have been blessed and busy shopping:) We live in a little apartment and have no more closet space, so to fix the problem we used this set of hooks to hang her cute dresses:)

With Little Guy I did not have a changing table, so when I found out we were expecting again I asked my Mom (the Yard Sale Queen:) to start looking for one! She found this beautiful table for only $10. My dad took it home and added his own personal touches:) He painted it white and added pink to the handles; the perfect touch for a Little Princess!!! We only need some cute baskets to go on the shelves where the clothes are now:)

This is how her wall looks:) We are ready for our baby to come:) Now we just have to wait for her to be ready to make her grand appearance:)!!!!!

A Wonderful Weekend!!!

This passed weekend we celebrated Valentine's Day!!! I know it was a little early, but there was no lines to wait for dinner and no crowds to deal with. It was a wonderful evening and morning:) My parents were so gracious and watched Little Guy for the night so we could go out (Thanks Mom and Dad:) They also allowed us to spend the night in the condo they own on the island. It was so beautiful and peaceful.
We started out the evening with a lovely dinner at the beautiful restaurant The Chart House! It was so nice!!! We reserved a table by the window so we could look out over the water and the bridge. It was so nice to just spend dinner with my Hubby:) Hear is a picture of us in the waiting area of the restaurant. After dinner it was very late so we went right to the condo and watched the movie Fireproof. It is such a great movie!!!

The next morning we got up and ate breakfast at a little diner on the beach. Hear is the view from our table. The weather was so wonderful that we were able to eat outside. It was simply beautiful:)

We even had a little visitor come to our table:) Isn't he cute!!! He was eating all the crumbs that people had left for him even though the sign said not to feed the birds:)

After breakfast we went to the outlet mall to see if we could find any good deals:) But unfortunately all we left with was a bowl of Superman ice cream:)

It was a wonderful weekend and a time I will not soon forget:) Thanks Hubby, you are the Best!!!!

My First Hair Cut

Last week Little Guy got his first hair cut:) We tried it with the cape on but he did not like the fact that he could not get to his hands, so that came off.Besides that, he did a really good job of sitting there as long as he had something to play with:)

The Lady that was so gracious in doing it goes to our sending church and had a lot of patience when it came to keeping up with where Little Guy turned his head:)

This is the when it was all done. She did a great job and Little Guy's hair looks like a little boy now:) Although he was not too happy to be close to the scary lady with the scissors we had to take a picture when it was done:) ha ha And yes we saved some of his hair just in case it changes color as he gets older:)

On Sunday I received a FREE facial. It was so wonderful!!!! My Mom received in the mail a coupon for a free eyebrow wax and facial:) She decided that she would give it to me (Thanks Mom).
After church Hubby took Little Guy and put him down for a nap while my Mom and I went to the spa:) It was a beautiful place:) they even offered my Mom some wine (yes she refused:)!!!!! They gave me a 30 minute facial and the eyebrow wax. It was soooooo relaxing:)!!! At first I didn't feel much of a difference but after a while my face felt softer. It was so nice to just go a relax for a little bit!!!! I forgot to bring the camera so I don't have any pictures. I really wish I did because this place was beautiful!!!! Anyways, Thank you Mom for a wonderful afternoon!!!!! Love ya !!!!!

Potty Training

My Hubby and I have a book that we use for training our son that really works for us:) When Little Guy was first born I had read almost every book that is printed about every aspect of child training. We brought home our Bundle of Joy and I was so confused at what to do:) I tried to be the best parent by reading all I could, but it only made it complicated.

I tried the whole feeding on demand, but that only drove me crazy because I could not figure out why he was crying, especially after just feeding him. Then a wonderful friend introduced me to the book My First 300 Babies. This saved my live:) I put Little Guy on a schedule and we were all happier with the outcome.

In this book it says to start potty training when your child turns one. This is not what everyone says to do it now, but this is a very old book:) I started today putting him on the potty and he did very good:) here is a picture of Little Guy trying out his new potty chair:) He really liked it:)

Our Christmas Tree

Usually I am the "Christmas Spirit" of the family, but this year I am just not in the mood. It may be the fact that our life is not settled right now between deputation and trying to find a new home or it is the pregnancy messing with my hormones. Any who I was not even going to decorate this year, but a very kind soul (Thanks Mom:) talked me into it. So, here is a picture of our tiny tree. Right now we live in a VERY small apartment so we don't have room for anything bigger:)

Our tree is sitting on our table:) It also has fiber optic lights so here is a picture with the lights off:) Isn't such a cute little tree:)!!!

A few weeks ago I started new blog. It tell everything that is happening while we are on deputation. It also has a list of payer request that we have, please bring them before God as we are doing! Our biggest need now is a travel trailer to live in while we are on deputation. With Little Guy and Hubby's allergies to animals, dust, and smoke it has become a necessity so that we do not have to stay in peoples home. Happy Birthday Little Guy

On Saturday we celabrated Little Guy's 1st birthday. We had a wonderful party, but it was not unevetful:) Little Guy's Grandma from MI was able to come and all os his cousins from around the state that we live in. We had it at my parents house and was able to invite all of his friends from our sending church. Since all the teens love him they were also invited. All the teens and men went out to ride on the gocarts and all the ladies and small kids stayed inside:)
All was going well till it was time for cake. We gave Little Guy his smash cake to play with and he did not really enjoy it. The most scarry thing was that right after he played in the cake he broke out in bloches and welts! I was freeking out. My Mom put him right in a cool bath that helped him to calm down. Thankfully I have a very calm husband and Mother in Law. They told me to get the oregano oil and put it on his skin. Praise the Lord it was totally gone within a half an hour. I don't know what I would have done without my Mom, Hubby, and Mother in Law!!!!! Thanks for your Help!!!!!!!
We also want to thank my parents for letting us host the party at their house, and for all the help they gave me:)
We had a tridition to uphold on Saturday! It is the tradition of my Hubby's family to have a train cake for their first birthday. I was completely lost till my Mother in Law came to the rescue. The cake turned out great. I could not have done it without my MIL's help:) Thnak you!!!!!

Another Blessing

So next week we will celebrate our third anniversary! We were trying to figure out something to do that would not cost a lot of money. Then my Hubby's boss asked him if we would mind house sitting for him while his family went on vacation. We decided to because we did not have much happening anyways. Well it turns out that his boss owns a horse ranch. I was joking with my Hubby and said that God gave us a 10 day horse ranch B&B stay for our anniversary. God is so good to us all the time.
Although many people look at our life right now and say that it is not up to the standard of living, as far as money goes, that is most acceptable. I am very grateful for all that God has given us. I also know that we are just on a stepping stone that will get us to Canada. Whatever it takes to get us there faster I am willing to live with. Please pray for us as we make meetings and visit churches that God will lead us to the churches that will take us on so we can get to the field.

Okay, so here are some more pictures from last month.

As I have posted before my Aunt B came to visit us from up North. It was so much fun to visit with her, because we do not get to see her a lot. We did lots of fun stuff, but I think that Little Guy enjoyed the aquarium the best (It was his first trip):) Here are the pics!!!!

Enjoying A Nap

Right now I am sitting at the computer with Little Guy on my lap. Since I have started working it seems to me that I don't get enough one on one time with him. It is probably just me having some "separation anxiety" but I miss being with him all day. So today I let him fall asleep in my lap. I must say that even though I am not the one sleeping I am completely enjoy having my baby sleep in my lap. It is so precious! How thankful I am that God has allowed me to have a baby. He is such a little bundle of joy and love. So that is how I am enjoying a nap today:)!!!!!!

A Little Catching Up To Do

This was a very special day for us as a family. We went to the Bible Book Store and bought him his very first Bible and had his name put on it. We have given him to the Lord and pray that the Lord will greatly use him. Please pray for us as strive to raise our son for the glory of God.

A Day of Praise

Today I want to take time to praise God. This month started with us moving out of my parents house and into a college dorm apartment for married couples. This move was good for us because we needed to be on our own again. My parents were so wonderful to let us live with them for 6 months but it was time for me to start working so we needed to move. The way it works for the college is that if I work for 25 hours work scholarship, then that pays for the rent, and classes for Daddy. So I started working. I enjoy what I do but I miss being with Little Guy all day. Well, back to praising. So we got all moved in and settled.the apartment is only one bedroom but big enough for us:) Daddy has been without a job for about a month so things were getting too tight. But in God's perfect and wonderful way He has provided for us over and over again. Big things like Daddy is now doing odd jobs for a man in the church. And I needed a sitter for Little Guy and a friend of mine said she would do it in exchange for me watching her 6 kids one night a week. And Little Guy was sick last week so we found that there is a free clinic in our town open only on Tuesday nights for 4 hours. And would it you know it Tuesday was when he started to get sick. God is so good. He has also provided by having random people give us food, that to our knowledge did not know that we had a need. He has provided in little ways such as we needed to buy some tums and when we got to the tums section someone (God) had left a coupon for a dollar off, Amen. We also bought a box of fish patties and it said that 8 comes in a box. Our box came with NINE!!!! Well I better stop there. There is so much God has done for us just in the last few weeks I could go on forever. Well thanks for reading my praises!!!!! God is sooooooooooooo GOOD, Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here, But Not Settled

Well we are all moved in, but still have a few boxes to go through. We have moved into a small one bedroom apt. It is small but cute:) We also do not have the Internet yet. I am at the library now and it is hard to do with Little Guy:) He is an aspiring typist:)!!!! Well I better go, till next time, Bye:)

On The Move

That's right, we are on the move. Daddy and I have decided that he should go back to college. We are moving into the married dorms a little early so that I can start working. I will be as the college cook. The lady that is doing it now will be having a baby very soon. So, I will start working in a week and a half. Little Guy will have to go to the nursery at the college while I am working. I am not looking forward to having to do that, but I will only be working for 5 hours a day. Daddy should be able to finish in one year so Little Guy will not be in the nursery for long. We will be able to still do deputation on the weekends. Daddy went to Pastor's School last week and had a wonderful time. He was truly missed! He was able to meet up with the missionary that we will be working with when we get to Canada. He said it was nice to get to talk with him again.
Well that is a little bit about what is happening in our neck of the woods. I will get back to you after we are moved and all settled in:)

Anxiously Awaiting

Today we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of my aunt:) She lives up north so we only get to see her about once a year. She will be arriving at about midnight and we will be picking her up at the airport. We have been cleaning and getting ready for her arrival. She will be staying for the weekend, and then she and my parents will be heading to visit my uncle (Mom and Aunt *B*'s brother) two states over. We can not wait till she gets here:)!!!!!!

Hi, yes I am here. Okay no more excuses. I have been busy doing lots of stuff and just did not make time to blog. I have some great pictures of Little Guy to put up and lots of stories to share. So, I am determined now to make time to blog. As soon as my Hubby puts the pictures on the computer I will share them with you. I know you are saying that I should just do it myself, but I must say in many ways I am computer challenged so I need help:) Well hopefully I will be able to add more tomorrow. WOW We are busy

To all of you that read my blog I must say that I am very sorry for not having blogged in a while. We are so busy around here. Last week we were on another trip. This time it was not planned. My husbands Great Grandma passed away and we went to the funeral. It was in MI so it was quite a lond drive, really long for Little Guy:)
This week our church is having revival services. So far it has been wonderful. We had one person saved and two people baptized. Bro. Jenkins preached on Monday and Tuesday, and for the rest of week Bro. Wright is preaching. We also have the Jim Walker family singing for us. So, that keeps us busy at night. During the day I have my usual house cleaning and then baking. Our church has what we call "Cool Beans Cafe" were they serve coffee and treats that the ladies make. Everyone enjoys the wonderful food and great fellowship. So that is what has been happening around here. As soon as I get a chance I will blog about all the fun things that we have done in the last 3 weeks and show off the great pictures that I have:) Till then I pray you all have a wonderful week!!!!!
